We are a full service hair salon in Starke Florida. The owner and hairstylist Ava Starling is joined by Paul, Taylor, Jamie, Sarah, Payge, and Bobbi-Lyn. We do haircuts, kids haircuts, custom blonding, custom color, perms, treatments, waxing and much more. Our policies include: ARRIVAL: please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late for a chemical service, we might not be able to go ahead with the appointment. Any deposits made will be forfeited. If a phone call is made to the salon or the stylist, changes can be made if agreed upon by both stylist and client. CHILDREN: We love our little guests! For their safety, we kindly ask that children be supervised at all times during your visit. Our salon has sharp tools, hot equipment, and professional chemicals that can be dangerous if touched or played with. To ensure a relaxing and safe environment for everyone, please keep children seated with you and not running or roaming around the salon. Thank you for helping us keep everyone safe! SICK POLICY: If you are sick, please do not come to your appointment and let us know as soon as possible. We will gladly get you rescheduled for when you are better. Our stylists reserve the right to refuse any service due to illness. If they feel you are too ill to receive a service, they will kindly ask you to leave and a cancellation fee will be charged for chemical services. If you are sick or exposed to an illness that may spread to your stylist, please make an informed decision before coming to your appointment. We encourage you to call us and talk to your stylist ASAP when you’re feeling ill so that they can advise you in what to do. All of our stylists are self employed booth rental stylists. Meaning that if they can’t work due to illness, they don’t get paid. Please consider how valuable lost time is to our stylists before coming to your appointment sick. DEPOSITS: Deposits secure your appointment and get deducted off the final cost. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit. If you no-show/ no-call, you will forfeit your deposit and be charged a no-show fee at the stylists’ discretion.

CHEMICAL SERVICES ONLY: We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore we respectfully require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes to the chemical service scheduled. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, any deposit made to secure the appointment will be forfeited. If you no call/no show to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged an additional 30% on top of any deposits made. We will never charge a fee for anything except chemical services.
